Yoga session at 10 am
Start your day feeling calm and refreshed: at 10.00 am, a 90-minute yoga session with Viktoria in the Garden of Inspiration invites you to bring body and mind into balance. Gentle movement, mindful breathing and the peaceful setting create the perfect moment to arrive, unwind and let go.
Special sauna infusion at 2.30 pm
Experience and embark on a journey with the VAMED Vitality World signature infusion “from thunderstorm to tranquillity”: at 2.30 pm, an exclusive special sauna infusion awaits you in the Kellergasse Sauna in the mixed sauna area, guiding you from the power of a storm on the mountain peak to the soothing stillness of the sea.
Meditation sessionat 4 pm
Take time out from everyday life: at 4.00 pm, a 45-minute meditation session with Bettin awaits you in the Stone of Calm, accompanied by a deeply relaxing atmosphere, mindful guidance and soothing tranquillity for body and mind.
