ContactThat’s not easy to answer. As a rule, a few days to a week in advance ought to be enough. But the earlier you book, the better! Try to avoid short-notice reservations: at the weekends, during school holidays, over Christmas, or if you want to book a specific massage therapist, a treatment intended specifically for male or female guests or at a specific time of day, or want to arrange an appointment for more than one person at once.
When purchasing an admission ticket or a service for a specific date, there is no right of cancellation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the FAGG (Austrian Distance Selling Act).
Rebooking is possible up to 1 minute before the start of the event (tickets, Relax! One Day Holiday, Family Nest = 9:00 am; massage = booked time). A service fee of € 5.00 will be charged.
